Globe Architects is a conceptual brand, crafted by Audit Studio to showcase our approach to designing an architectural firm’s brand. This case study encompasses the development of a cohesive brand identity and a sophisticated website, tailored to embody the essence of modern architecture.
The challenge was to establish a new benchmark in brand design within an industry that is traditionally marked by a strong preference for conventional aesthetics.
Our approach involved integrating a contemporary aesthetic into the traditional framework, creating a brand identity that resonated with modern sensibilities while honoring architectural heritage. We selected a sophisticated, modern serif typeface as the cornerstone of Globe Architects' visual identity, offering a fresh take on the classic elegance typically associated with architecture. To complement this, we paired the main font with a sleek sans serif typeface, bringing a touch of modern minimalism and readability to the mix. This combination allowed for a versatile and balanced visual language, where the serif provided a nod to tradition and the sans serif injected a streamlined, contemporary feel. The color palette was centered around a bold, bright yellow, a deliberate divergence from the more subdued tones common in the industry. This vibrant hue was chosen to symbolize innovation and creativity, injecting a sense of energy and modernity into the brand.
In designing the website, we ensured that it would not only serve as a digital portfolio but also as an extension of the brand's identity. The website layout was structured to be intuitive and visually engaging, with the brand's color palette and typography being consistently applied to create a cohesive online presence.
